Has anyone got an idea about the following pattern being sought by our Bellonline reader, Paula? Let me know and I'll pass your message on.

I am trying hard to locate a pattern. IT was a block that looked 3-d and it was for a gift wrapped box with a puffy bow on top. I saw it done as a Christmas quilt. The view is from the side, but anything similar would be greatly appreciated! I will pay for it, this was a number of years ago- maybe 15? Any ideas where to look?
