I love to make soul food, and would love to hear about what dishes you are planning to make for the upcoming MLK,Jr. Holiday. Are there any dishes you'd like recipes for that you can't find? One recipe I'm definitely going to try is Launa Stout's recipe for Limpin' Susan on the American Regional site; it sounds incredible, and is very unique; I had never heard of Limpin' Susan. Does anyone have a unique soul food recipe?
