Greetings all. I'm a new member and I expect to learn much from other people who love Chinese Cusine. Since I was born in NYC, I had access to Chinatown and authentic great Chinese food. Having moved to Florida in 1978 I find the Chinese food here passable, but not like I remember in my youth. In Margate, FL there was, however, a Chinese restaurant that made the best egg rolls. These were so good in fact, I never needed to put duck/plum sauce on them. Alas, the owner retired and the new chef makes the usual tasteless kind. It would be a real gift to me if someone could post the BEST shrimp and/or pork egg roll recipe they know of. I have scoured the internet, and I have yet to find one that makes the egg roll I'm craving for. Can this forum help me? Thanks! Iron Stomach

my best friend's parents own a Chinese restaurant and they have 100% the best egg rolls ever, hands down. I am drooling a little just thinking about it. If anyone has an amazing recipe I would definitely love to hear it, too!
