I do not take prescription medication and try to stay healthy with a healthy diet, exercise and meditation.

I have found that many traditional healthcare providers are now incorporating holistic medicine in their medical practices.

I am just curious how many of you are embracing non-traditional medical treatments?

I do once I found out what it was (lol).

Due to being laid off for 2 years before finally finding a temporary 6 month temp job, at age 52, I have had to seek "alternative" ways of dealing with medical issues.
