The beginning of a new year or new school year is a good time to set some goals for your learning. You will achieve more in your distance learning courses and remain interested in them when you have some goals to reach for.

Read my new post about learning goals here:
Learning Goals for the New Year

What do you think? Do you set learning goals? Do you review them frequently? Do you find them helpful?

I set my goals all the time. I have my daily goals to get work done, weekly goals, and even when I take what classes when so that I can finish when I want.

Great piece!!!

Rebecca you are a great example of the benefits of setting learning goals. You set the goals and then you accomplish what you really want to. That is exactly what many students need to do to reach their goals.
