Hello, ladies. I am new to this forum but felt like I really needed to talk to you who have gone through all this like I have. Like many of you I have experienced recurrent pregnancy loss. We have absolutely no trouble getting pregnant but always lose the baby early on at about 5/6 weeks. I know that is not very far along, but it is heart-wrenching every time. Well after 4 miscarriages I finally was sent to a specialist. He discovered I have a septum in my uterus which he believed the baby kept trying to implant into every time since it was pretty big. But as you can imagine, it didn't have enough of a blood supply, ect to support the baby. I was also found after my 3rd pregnancy to have a luetal phase defect, where I ovulate late. So for my 3rd pregnancy I was given clomid and progesterone supplements and it still didn't work, hence the specialist. Well, that surgery to fix that problem was back in Sept, and he went ahead and gave me clomid and progesterone suppositories and the "go ahead" to get pregnant again so we did. I will be 6 weeks in 2 days and I am concerned about losing this pregnancy. up until now I have had my hcg levels checked every 48 hrs and they have been 28,33,69,141,201,242.... not the increase you want to see but my dr office said I was just stressing out about this and it may or may not turn out ok. Nothing I will know I guess until my ultrasound a week from tomorrow but I wanted to share my story and get any input or here similar stories, ect. I know this was long, but thanks to those who read and respond.

Hi Bri, I read your story. I had to Google what a septum in the uterus was. I am sorry for your previous losses and God bless for the baby you have now.

I have never experienced anything like this but I feel for you.

Nothing is impossible. Never give up hope. What will be will be.

Relax for yourself and your baby.

And enjoy your ultrasound.

Peace

Hi ladies, am new here wanted to sure my experince too. I also had two m/c. The first one I thought I worked myself to hard as I am an preschool teacher and always busy there carrying children and playing I didnt know I was pregnant until i lost it. After two years me and my partner planned to try for a baby and I was blessed to be pregnant again and everything was perfect, until 10 weeks I kept feeling more and more tired I couldnt even seat or do anything, I went to the doctor and said its normal to feel tired. After a week I went for unltrsound there was no heartbeat and the baby meant to be 10 weeks but it measured to be 5 weeks I was really sad and didnt know what to do. I did go see few doctors and they all said use progesterone press which I researched about but not sure, I would really love to know if it does really work. Brie87 I wish you best of luck with the baby good luck to all sorry bit long
