Have you seen my five year and one year goals in my jilly thread? I have listed some yoga I want to be able to do there. For example, Crow. I am going to be able to do Crow as a five year goal. I might even get there sooner - and if I do, there are other varieties of Crow to work on...and even Scorpion Pose! Woohoo!
I also want to work on the Handstands. I really love inverted poses. They just feel so satisfying.
Here are some middle level poses I think are fun: Wheel, Headstand, King Dancer, Half Moon, Pigeon, Camel, Shoulderstand, Plow, Eagle.
