I just entered the famous "Publisher's Clearing House" sweepstakes?

Anyone else did the same?

Anyone won?

Been entering for years,
I got so frustrated once I asked them "Would you ever come into my neighborhood"
Usually when people open there doors to be greeted by PCH Their all in homes in nice looking neighborhoods
I even challenged them to come here
I win a lot of sweeps
But i'm not overly excited about Winning any thing from PCH
I enter because it cost nothing
Good luck Angela

Hi Rosie:

Thanks for the feedback, not holding my breath on winning anything from them. Just needed a "mental" break from the work I am doing at home for my boss (lol).

I don't enter alot of these things as I hate giving out my address (more junk mail/lol) or my birth date (identity theft).

Thank you,
Angela

LOL, update on my "first" and LAST time signing up for the Publisher's Clearing House.

Yikes, talk about JUNK emails (lol).

I have been "unsubscribing" as they come in - now I know why alot of people do not sign up = yes, those famous "strings" that are attached even though they state "no purchase necessary"....

I DID! I DID! I did because I like to dream BIG!

Plus, you can't win if you don't enter. I also love magazines so I tend to subscribe to one or two.

As for those "nice" neighborhoods, Rosie, the winners are completely computer-radomized drawings! The only reason why those neighborhoods tend to look nicer is that the occupants tend to be the ones who enter. People struggling with finances don't bother to waste the stamp.

But you can enter online, so please do. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose? What do you have to gain?

Think positively and go for it!

As for the junk mail, it just gets recycled.

Hey Lori:

Yes, I agree, if you like magazines - might as well go ahead and get the great prices and a chance to win big.

And let us know if you win...

Hi Skyelaw:

I went ahead and entered, well at least I think I did (lol).

But after receiving all that SPAM after doing so, I will not be doing that again.

I guess if I had the cash to invest in my "magazine" hobby, I would go ahead and do it again. Hey, they do have some great prices. But right now with being unemployed and trying to hang on to what is left of my tax refund and my last job (temporary 6 month job) - I am resisting!

But as soon as I get back on my feet financially, I am making up for lost time. I LOVE my magazines - and not into borrowing them from the public library (lol). Nope, like mine brand NEW!

Hey Skyelaw, I AGREE and that is why I did not fill out any online forms that wanted my personal info - birth date, address (lol). Trying to hang on to my "pennies".... Too many instances for identity theft.

Hi, PCH is just a bunch of hype in my opinion. My mom subscribed and yes, unbelievable amounts of junk mail. Back and forth the PCH mail went and it was always seeming so promising But I sure someone one did. Its just alot of competition. We lived in a nice neiborhood fyi.
