Our office is generally a ghost town from the last two weeks of December. A lot of staff take the week off. while it's inconvenient when you need to rely on other departments to get things done, it can actually be very productive.

I personally get a TON done
cleaning
filing
policy and procedure manuals

Is anyone else productive during the holiday season?

I do, but then I don't celebrate the holidays. So to me it's just quiet time to get work done.

I get a lot of writing done. It's on careers so I figure it ties in!
