Everyone has a hard day every now and then. Have you ever tried practicing random acts of kindness on your boss and co-workers? For example - going to grab a cup of coffee or glass of water for them? Sometimes it's as simple as asking "can I get you anything?"

When someone is having a bad day - practicing a little kindness can be a real morale booster.

This is a great question, and I practice random acts of kindness all of the time and have for my entire life. Sometimes, if I have extra money, I'll pick out someone who just seems like they need it, and I'll ask the waiter for their check, and ask the waiter not to tell them who paid for the bill. But mainly I celebrate others by writing notecards of encouragement. And if I see something that reminds me of a co-worker, I'll get it for them.
And I will usually get a great big thank you!!

I like the idea of notes of encouragement, especially for co-workers. Sometimes even just a pinch of encouragement goes a really long way!
