Do we know yet all the ins and outs of the bill?
There is so much confusion - my MIL thought that in order to buy OTC drugs she would need to go to the doctor to get a prescription, even for aspirin. She was ready to go and stock up before January. This provision is intended for use with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts (tax free). For reimbursements here you will need a prescription from your doctor in order to use your medical card for reimbursement.
