Happy Birthday Phyllis!!

Remember to do the Japanese thing of having a badge with your address/designated driver contact on so that you can be delivered back home after your hedonistic partying.

Have a good one!!

Thank you so much, Rosie, Ian, and Susan. What a wonderful surprise that puts a smile on my face and warms my heart.

I had a wonderful day with family and friends.

Ian, you will be happy to know I was safely delivered back home and all is well. grin

That's a relief, I had visions of you ending up like the characters in the film "The Hangover"!

I watched most of that movie. It was different for sure - very strange happenings there. I never have hangovers, though, because I rarely drink anything stronger than coffee. However, I do have a sore hip from the long trip home in a crowded car -- big mistake! My brother invited me, my daughter, her fiance' and her son, to ride with him and Mom in his SUV because (according to the expert weather men) a big storm was coming in and we were supposed to get a lot of snow. Brother wanted to make sure we were all safe and all got safely home together. He is very thoughtful in those matters. But, we were all so crowded in the back seat we could not move -- therefore the sore, stiff hip. I will work it out by walking in a little bit. It is a gorgeous day with clear skies, lots of sunshine and warm as a lovely spring day.

Glad to hear you had a nice day, hope the walk loosened the hip. Sometimes a warm compress or wheat bag can help ease the pain and stiffness, or alternating hot and cold compresses. Sadly you always have to end on a cold one though.

I will try the hot/cold compresses. What is the wheat bag treatment? The walk did loosen up the stiffness a lot, but every time I get up after sitting it is a little stiff -- so the compresses will help a lot. Thanks for the tip, Ian.
