After last week's article on the features available for ebook readers, I decided to do a follow-up with a point-by-point comparison chart of the most popular models: Kindle, Nook, Kobo, and Sony: eBook Reader Comparison.

Countries Supportedand says Sony reader is only in USA. It's been avaailable in the UK for a couple of years, available thru the Waterstones book seller chain -- see www.waterstones.com/waterstonesweb/pages/new-readers/1918/

I have not heard of Kobo which the chart says is available in UK, but the Kobo site says
When will the Kobo eReader be available in my location?
The new Kobo Wireless eReader is available in North America through Koboereader.com (excluding direct shipment to Quebec). You may also buy our new Wireless Kobo eReader in store at Indigo Bookstores and Walmart in Canada, and at Borders in the US.

I'm not sure what supported means here as my Kindle is sold with 'Global wireless' I can download content onto my Kindle and use it anywhere.
