Have you ever noticed what thoughts you might be having about yourself when you exercise or try to eat healthy? My clients actually verbalize their thoughts:

"I'm too clumsy to do that"
"I'm too old for that"
"I'll never be fit enough to do that"
"I could never be that skinny"

If you make an effort to turn off the negative thoughts you'll be amazed at what you CAN do. Try it and see what happens. All you have to do is reverse those thoughts.

I may feel clumsy but I can improve with practice
I'm never too old to learn a new physical skill
I can be as fit as I want
I can be as lean as I want
