I love listening to the local Oldies radio station. There are so many songs on there that make me feel young again. Every once in awhile, the DJ will play Born to be Wild. When the first notes ring out, my legs feel like theyve suddenly shed thirty-five years. Out of the blue, they are a young twenty-five-years-old and ready to fly down the sidewalk on a bicycle. Over the years, Ive taught myself to use this quality of music to help improve the symptoms of ADD.

I've had several requests to do an article about music. Tomorrow, I am featuring a new article called "Music and ADD." It talks about using music to for motivation during various tasks, and how music can affect our mood.

New articles are usually featured early on Thursday morning. I'm switching to Thursday evening. I think that give the article better initial exposure.

I hope you find "Music and ADD" useful,
Connie
