I cannot eat dairy, eggs or soy which makes ice cream off limits for me but I still crave a frozen dessert from time to time. Tempt frozen dessert satisfies my craving without the ingredients that can do me harm. It's perfect for someone who has food allergies or is a vegan.

I've never come across hemp milk but it's one I will look out for. The desser sounds great...

Try looking for it in health stores or organic grocery stores. It is a bit of challenge finding it but well worth the effort.
