Monica, I was giggling as I read your post.
By the time I did all this, I would definately not be interested in working out. With me, I have to just get up and do it, but I am not doing alot like alot of people are. So your suggestion is awesome and a motivator. You do have alot of helpful information to share and I look forward to seeing what you have posted. Love the fact that you seem to visit your forum daily - this is what keeps people coming back. Smart lady indeed.
Having trouble getting motivated to workout lately because you're busy, stressed, tired, overworked, or maybe you just don't feel like it?
Here's a quick way to turn that around. Get your workout gear on then grab a piece of paper, set a timer for 60 seconds and then write down as many reasons why you should exercise in those 60 seconds. The goal is to come up with as many reasons as possible.
One you got all your reasons down just start moving. Yes, it's that easy because when you focus on why you should vs. excuses not to your mind finds a way to get your body to just do it!
