Who wrote this book? I'm reading, or have by my bedside to read, a War of the Roses by Allison Weir.

Desmond Seward. There are many, many books with similar titles. I looked into the Weir book, but many critics pointed out incorrect data in her book. I have to withhold judgment on that as I have yet to read hers.
