Searching for a great vegetarian recipe? Try this delicious fried rice. It makes the perfect side dish, or top it with fried tofu for a complete vegetarian meal. Vegetarian Fried Rice Recipe

What is your favorite fried rice dish? I just love the pork fried rice from the local Chinese restaurant here in town. It has the most delicious pieces of bbq pork mixed in throughout smile

Leila,
This is exactly what I need for whenever I have refrigerated left over white rice. I love all the vegetables in your recipe, and ginger is always a must. Will try this one, and let you know.

Thank you Lila,
This looks like a great recipe. I've always loved tofu & fried rice. Combing both of them together is simply heaven!
