With the holidays and a new year approaching, any "miracles" out there?

And by this I mean, anyone cured?

We would love to hear your story smile

I had a friend who was cured through her church. However she ended up getting ME again about a decade later.

I think I am as close to cured as Is possible. By that I mean that back in 1985 I was one of my specialists sickest patients with ME/CFS/FM and I got better in about 6 weeks. Some 5 years later he was really impressed that I hadn't relapsed. I did have one relapse in 2003 after I got shingles and started the downward spiral again for 6 months till I took charge of my life again properly. Now I don't think of myself as having CFS or the others but still have to look after myself or I tend to get symptoms if I don't. I also had two children who had it back in the 1980s. I have just seen my daughter, now 37, happy, healthy and fit. Last year she worked at a high powered job, studied part time at university, built her dream house and did 5 hours of ballet lessons a week. My son is also healthy. So yes healing is possible. Oh, yes, I also put together a program which had an 80% success rate at getting people with CFS symptoms into remission. it wasn't instant, but it seemed to work quite well though the doctors weren't interested as it wasn't a pill or CBT.

fibromyalgia-chronic fatigue syndrome. the symptoms of this complaint are very similar to another complaint? one that rarely hits the headlines. - aching muscles, tiredness, sweating developing rashes, headaches, increased pain sensitivity to name a few. the complaint or problem im talking about is obstuctive sleep apnoea syndrome? some patient have thought they have got cfs when in fact they have sleep apnoea. the good news is it has a miracle type cure. breathing through a face mask at night that gently pumps room air into your nose at a slight pressure. this keeps the throat open while breathing preventing blockage of your airflow. it is diagnosed in a sleep study as the person suffering the complaint will snore, stop breathing and hold his breath for 20 to 30 seconds a time until the brain awakens the sufferer, frequency in waking up to pass urine during the night is another symptom? poor oxygen intake makes the sufferer tired and irritable throughout the day.

I have one friend that just got cured one day but she never had a dx for Fibromyalgia so I don't know if it was real or in her head. They say 25 percent of fibromites get worse, 25 percent get better and 25 percent get remissions. I forgot about the other 25 percent? Unfortunately I'm in the 25 percent who have gotten progressively worse over time.
