I had a miscarriage 4 months ago at 9 weeks. I am having some trouble coping. I kept thinking with time it would get better but as we are considering trying again I have these overwheling feelings of depression and axiety. I was so looking forward to being a mommy and I was just devastated when this happened. Does anyone have any advice or even good news or stories about having a miscarriage but ended up having a baby? I think this would really help me. Thank you.

First of all, I am so SORRY for your loss.

They usually recommend waiting before trying AGAIN so that your body can repair itself as alot goes on "internally" with a miscarriage.

Did your doctor say why it happened?

Once you know why, maybe you can do some changes for the next pregnancy.

And yes, it is possible to get pregnant after a miscarriage and what you are feeling is normal.

Have you thought about getting some counselling?
