Planning on indulging today? Here's how to earn your Thanksgiving Feast:

Choose one of the options in each step and perform that exercise for 30 seconds. Go from one exercise to the next without rest and after one circuit take 1-2 min. to recover then repeat two more times.

**The exercises are ordered from hard to easy in each step so pick the one that's right for your body and your fitness level.

1. jump rope, run or bike hard and fast, walking lunges (remember to only choose one)
2. legs on stability ball pushups, resistance band horizontal press (attach band to door at chest level), db press laying on floor or ball
3. db or kb swing, burpees, squats with db overhead press
4. pushup plank leg lifts, pushup plank knee-ins, forearm plank hold
5. inverted bodyweight row, bent over db row, resistance band row (attach band to door at chest level)
6. alternating lateral leap, alternating lateral lunge, alternating side step squat
rest 1-2 min. repeat 2 more times.

Work hard then go enjoy your food. You earned it and working out before you pig out is a much better strategy then trying to work off the calories the day after. Your body can use the calories after a hard workout but can't burn all of them off the day after.
