"The Party Dress Book" just came out this week and it's awesome! It's by Mary Adams, a designer in NY who makes one-of-a-kind wedding and party dresses. The book is about Mary's process as a creative dressmaker, how she came to her art, techniques including, layering colors, piecing scraps, top-stitching, etc. and it includes a pattern.
