Queen Athaliah of Israel/Judah was a homicidal, bloodthirsty, power-hungry tyrant who attempted to murder the remaining royal heirs in order to seize the throne. Only Joash, who was rescued by his nurse, survived. Her evil reign lasted for 6 long years.

Yeah, I had trouble deciding between Jezebel and Athaliah, but Athaliah won. Athaliah was Jezebel's daughter, so we know who she learned her evil ways from. The fact that Athaliah had all of her grandsons murderered (except the one who escaped) was the deciding factor for me.

Katherine Knight, born in 1956, was the first Australian woman sentenced to life imprisonment without chance of parole. She had a history of violence in relationships.
She mashed one ex-husband's dentures and slashed the throat of another's eight-week-old puppy right in front of his eyes, but these cruel acts were only mere hints of what she was truly capable of doing.
She killed John Charles Thomas Price by stabbing him at least 37 times. Then she skinned him and hung his skin from a doorway in the living room when she was done. His head was removed from his body and thrown in the soup pot. His buttocks were baked; gravy and vegetables were prepared to go with this 'roast'. This horrible meal was set out for the children with a vindictive note. Thankfully, the police discovered the gruesome meal and not before the children arrived home.
Katherine Knight didn't wear a crown, but she was a truly evil woman who apparently had some sort of power over men.
