I was looking for a spot to post my rosemary photos and this seemed perfect!
We don't cook with it - we make rosemary shampoo out of it What are some cooking ideas? We have a huge pot of it which is just delightful. I love running my hands through it each morning before I do yoga.
Those photos are from the summer; now it's inside on a shelf in the dining area. It's snowy out there

It's not low carb, but use it on potatoes. Place a wooden spoon handle beside the potato. Make 4 or 5 slices across, stopping at the spoon handle. You won't slice the potato completely through. Fan the potato slices open and place a sprig of rosemary between each. Drizzle with olive oil, then salt and pepper the potato. Bake at 350 until it reaches the desired tenderness.
I also like to use rosemary in beef stew or when I am cooking beef pieces in Guinness.
