I've got a dvd from Fat Chance Belly Dance, showing basic moves. It's great, somewhat athletic to do some of the moves, but it's a lot of fun. I didn't think I was ever going to do well the first day I did the dvd, but it's a week later and most things are doing well. Each day, I do it, I get better.
