Now that fall is really coming on, my bare feet are getting cold during yoga. I don't want to put on socks because I could slip. In general I have to wear really thick socks because my feet get cold easily so I know this is just an issue with my feet.

What do people do? Just have cold feet?

They make yoga socks with non-slip bottoms! You can get some on Amazon. Just search for yoga socks.

Last time my feet were just TOO frozen to take off my socks so I left them on. They were thin socks I was going to wear on the treadmill afterward. They didn't slip! I was very happy. I think if I had gone barefoot that I would have been frozen and unhappy.

I will look for yoga socks anyway to try those out!
