Many cultures around the world have always believed that dreams should be honored and listened too. But how do you work with elusive wisps of memory if you can't even remember them?
I've been working with my dreams on and off for about 18 years. I've found I am more likely to forget them when busy so that my mind starts chattering before I can capture the threads from my dream state. I also find there are times in my life, often times of change, when my dreams seem more bright and more frequent.
I've always found it useful to date and give titles to dreams I write in my dream journal. It makes it easier to find ones I want to go back to and the title helps me focus on what the essence of the dream is, or what is important at the time of writing.
I totally agree Asha. I date them and title them too.
Yeah, I think when we are busy and stressed, they are not as easily remembered - which is too bad, because I'm sure their messages would certainly come in handy!
