I've heard some say "the eyes have it" or "it's all in the smile". I sometimes think myself that it's in the posture and the way a person presents themselves. What's everyone's thoughts about this? Do you always notice one thing about a person? Stay healthy, Nancy Welker BellaOnline Yoga Editor

Posture and balance are what I notice first physically. Energy-wise it's the aura they give off.

I notice whether they are interesting. I rarely meet someone I find interesting - and by that i mean wacky/unusual/fun.

Definitely the smile...which is why I whiten my teeth every 6 months. Small treatments just to maintain. I drink a lot of wine so it darkens my teeth...I use a company in Arizona called Sensational Smiles and they do a great job. But definitely the teeth I love white teeth.

I just notice first eyes, that's the fact that eye attracts first.

It depends of what they are doing and what is happening and how much time I have. I'll notice facial expressions and body language first before really grasping clothes or shoes and such. My partner will notice clothes, shoes, hair, nails etc...seemingly all in an instant. We could be talking about someone and have never noticed the same things on the fly.

Usually her eyes. This depends on what make will accent the eyes. A outfit shade can change what a man is looking toward and re-direct, so to speak.

Eyes are first for me too. If someone loses 25 pounds, I'm probably not going to notice, since I didn't notice they had the 25 pounds last time I saw them. I also don't notice clothes, unless they are outrageously awesome. So, everyday normal - won't notice. Shabby? won't notice. Very put together - that is noticeable to me.
