Has anyone seen TNT's Memphis Beat? I heard about the show through the marketing company I work for. The show is set in Memphis, Tennessee, the home of American Barbecue. It stars Jason Lee, who's character Dwight Hendricks is a quirky Memphis police detective. Memphis Beat also has George Clooney serving as executive producer. Hendricks is a Southern gentleman who is protective of his fellow citizens, reverential of the city's history and deeply rooted in its blues music scene. If you are a lover of Blues music you will really enjoy the soundtrack of Memphis Beat with the added plus that all the episode names are Elvis songs. Check out more at TNT's Memphis Beat site.

My husband and I watched it and thought it was really good. We set the DVR to catch more episodes. I like the Memphis BBQ aspect!

We watched the whole series. I REALLY enjoyed it, and sure hope it makes a come-back!
