Yesterday I went to bed at 1:53 and got up at 9:54. I made an online order, ran errands (Rimouski = Jean Coutu [the big 1] + 14:00 waxing appointment + Les Aliments M&M + Walmart + Ardene Depot ~ Mont-Joli = Metro + a restaurant i do not remember the name of), watched Dr Phil at 18:00, Judge Judy at 19:00, the Dallas Stars at 20:00, the twelveth episode of Hell's Kitchen on the internet and The Daily Show at 0:05.

It was a very bad night and horrible day.

Today is pretty well over in my time zone. But tomorrow I'm going to get my hair cut & generally be made presentable first thing in the morning. The weather forecast says the Sun will be out, but it looks breezy. As long as it doesn't rain, I will go to Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew to the Orchid Festival.

It was an average night and an horrible day.

Today I worked on a chapter book and a picture book I'm writing. Also, I baked two loaves of bread and a deep dish pizza. The reason I did the baking was just in case the power goes out due to the heavy snow we're expecting here in Oklahoma.

Today I will finish re-arranging my writing space and get my files ready to start The Chapter Book Challenge. Chapter books are the next step in children's reading beyond picture books. I FIGURE I can get two. maybe three rough drafts out of my outlines for chapter books during this month long period.

I decided to go through some old files which I had saved from one of my organizations. I went through each folder and chucked 99.9% of the paper. It is now in the recycle bin. s a result, i was able to empty a box too. That was an accomplishment.

At the historical society round table today I was able to help someone install libreoffice. She has Windows8 which makes finding things so difficult. Next time I will help her install "classic shell" which will make it feel more like Windows7. Until then I pinned the shortcut on her task bar so that she wouldn't have to look for the icon in her apps. <sigh>
