Yesterday I went to bed at 4:52 and got up at 14:00. I watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 19:30, helped mom get to a website so that she could browse, watched a short movie on YouTube and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-ninth time. It was a bad night and a bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 4:17 and got up at 13:00. I prepared something, watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 16:30, Judge Judy at 18:00, did the thing that I had prepared, watched Real Time at 22:00, A Haunting at 23:00, What Would You Do at 0:01 and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-tenth time. It was a night that I had to get up once (thanks to what i ate before the night routine - i almost threw up but did not - i woke up less than 2 hours after getting to bed shaking and with heart burns) and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 4:19 and got up at 13:03. I watched Paranormal Survivor at 18:00, a new movie at 20:00 and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-eleventh time. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:34 and got up at 12:50. I washed my bedding, gave myself a pedicure and manicure, made an online order, watched a short movie on the internet and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-twelveth time. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:07 and got up at 12:57. I washed a pajama and the underwear worn with it, watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 16:30, Family Guy at 19:00 and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-thirteenth time. It was a bad night and a bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:23 and got up at 9:20. I thought about an idea I had at the end of the night routine the previous night (then i abandoned then decided to go with it then changed it then was not sure then before going to be i abandoned it and when in bed i was happy to abandon it), ran errands with my parents (Rimouski = the biggest Jean Coutu + 14:00 waxing appointment [they ran 2 errands then waited for me] + Maxi [mom and i helped dad get the bottles and cans to the machines then went to the next store where he found us after finishing] + Canadian Tire + the Dollarama in a shopping mall + Bureau En Gros [i stayed in the car] + Walmart + Super C + St-Hubert [mom and i stayed in the car] ~ Mont-Joli = Ma Cabane En Gaspesie [mom and i stayed in the car] ~ Price = La Bonne Bouffe [mom and i stayed in the car]), watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 19:30, Hotel Hell at 20:00 and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-fourteenth time. It was a very bad night and an horrible day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 1:07 and got up at 11:21. I ordered something with my Air Miles, watched Judge Judy at 16:00, SpongeBob SquarePants at 17:30, NHL Awards at 19:00, decided to do the idea (had doubts a while after but now i do not), watched MasterChef at 23:00 and contacted SFS for a one-hundred-fifteenth time. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

I went to a DAR Chapter board meeting getting ready for a new year which begins in August.

I met up with a friend at the British Museum. We saw the exhibition Sicily - Culture and Conquest. Angie, I thought of you. Here is a newspaper review of the exhibition. Fascinating and beautiful.
