i would just like to restate the benefits of fish oils. I have been taking a high strength fish oil now for about 3 months. I had a previous blood pressure reading around 140/90 which my GP said was too high. I started taking fish oil to help combat the effects of a breast cancer drug i am taking that causes joint pain. It has helped improve the joint pain as well as lowering my blood pressure to an average reading of 117/75.

What kind of fish oils? Do you recommend the brand you're taking? I read that there are some that are just a waist of time and money.

I take Nature's Own brand of fish oil. It is a 1500mg High Strength Odourless capsule. I take 2 capsules each morning.

I take " Nature Made" 1200mg Two Liquid Softgels every morning
