My daughter came home to visit for the holiday and we all went down to my parents for a quick visit. Was so funny to watch these two "kids" that used to argue all the time. I guess absence truly does make the heart grow fonder.
I was talking to my parents in the sun room and looked over at my 18 and 13 year olds. They had one music player between them and they were sharing a set of ear phones (each one had one in their ear). They were laying on the floor doing dance moves to the music - throughly enjoying themselves, laughing and having fun.
I know my son has said he would give anything to have his sister back at home making smart comments to him. He misses her just that much.
Just watching them enjoy themselves was truly a tear jerking kodak moment for me.
