Yikes I just did Dr Oz real age quiz
Time to make some serious changes in my life
I'm 63yrs old
And my Real Life Age is 76.5
Now i really feel older

Ouch.

I took a real age quiz last year. I'm 48 (I can say that until Monday) and it said that I was 59. That number was without smoking, drinking, drug use...etc...lol...if I had known :-)

I changed and started exercising and working toward getting healthy. I haven't taken the test again - don't remember where I took it.

Is that a free test? I think mine should show me as younger than i am. I am pretty healthy physically, don't smoke and i like to work out, hike, paddle.

I always wear a hat for sun protection but could be much better about putting on sunscreen.

I am working on drinking less wine at night.
