Great information tastefully done. As part of my new healthy eating program, I have changed to local farm raised grass fed beef, pastured chicken and eggs from pastured chickens. The quality and flavor is better than anything I ever bought at the grocers. Yes, it costs a bit more, but since I'm not indulging in junk food that has no food value, what I'm saving is going into quality food.
