I have this open and ready to read but for some reason I fear sitting down to actually read it. I am so tired of crying and I don't want to cry again for a little while.
I do appreciate this resource though. I really think it will be helpful. So many people are experiencing loss right now.

Susan - thanks for sharing what I can only guess was a personal journey for you - it was an inspiration and most certainly will help those going through the same process to know that they are not alone - a great gift from your soul to others.

Thank you Susan - it was the loss of my mother that caused me the greatest grief, but I do feel loss intensely when other family, friends and pets pass on.

Susan, i read your thoughtful ebook last night. It really is a wonderful journey and i recognized myself in the shock and grief stages. I hope to find acceptance soon. I don't know how joy might be possible.

Hi Jilly, might I comment on finding joy after loss ...
When you wake up, go outside, deeply breathe in the fresh air and feel invigorated - that is receiving joy again.

Phyllis, thank you for your appreciation. I lead a simple life much as a cloistered monk / nun, and that's probably why I pare down my writing to nuggets of insight, as in my intro or summary verses.
