My favorite pose is full pigeon. Feels good, very easy for me, and is always a healing, relaxing pose for me. I watch movies in this pose sometimes. ALL my clients hate this pose which I think is really interesting considering what most of them bring into their sessions.

Wild Thing or Lord of The Dance would best describe my personality. I like to have fun, feel free, graceful, and able to do more with my body. I'm not a fan of rules, not afraid to try new things, tend to do/say really crazy things at times. These poses used to scare me a bit because I wasn't in touch with who I really am but not anymore. I find myself doing them more and more all the time.
