My husband has to follow a gluten free diet too so mostly I do too. If you have no problem with gluten though, I don't think it's really healthier to eat gluten free. Grain products are good for you if gluten doesn't bother you.
I agree! Eating plans that are gluten free or not can be healthy. In many cases, grains with gluten have more protein, fiber and fewer calories. It doesn't make sense to exclude them if you can tolerate gluten.
