With a touch of personification, we can claim that Washington DC is on its way to become a role model in promoting the green buildings throughout the world. With industrialization and globalization, it is true that the world has grown to multiple levels, but at the same time the acquisition of the land has also increased on a large scale. This would be rather a helpless situation, where the development would lead to the upcoming of industrial buildings and this will definitely minimize the greenery and the natural equilibrium will be shattered to some extent, further minimizing a healthy and clean atmosphere for the humans to dwell. The promotion of the green buildings by Washington DC has led to maintain the natural permanence not fully but to some extent as well. environment en bloc. These eco-friendly buildings help the usage of water and other energy resources to the minimum level and the construction stretches from designing to remodeling, all on an environmentally conscientious basis. The green building not only helps in improving the efficiency and productivity of the worker but also acts as a guardian of his health too. The USGBC (U.S Green Building Council) has set out plans to promote the idea of the green buildings all over the world. Along with the Home Builders Associations like Corpus Christi, USGBC is on its way to increase the accessibility to the eco-friendly buildings on a large scale. USBGC greatly supported the introduction of the Home Energy Conservation Bond Act, which supports the promotion of the green building rather directly or indirectly.

You re absolutely right that the America is now one of those countries which are taking this thing very much seriously.. There are many like England, Australia and some South East Asian countries are also taking part in this journey to make world green and clean.
