My shoulders were aching from working on the computer all day long so I deliberately went into the dining room to look out into the back yard, and I did simple sun salutation types of stuff - stretched to the ceiling, rolled down, came back up to the center. It's amazing how much better I felt after five minutes of that!

tiny bits of yoga is all i can seem to do right now also, which makes me feel sad.

I just put in my Yoga Toes, which i can do while sitting here. maybe I will do a sun saluation after i take them off. These reminders are good!

I also want to get back into my 20 minutes of reading with the legs up the wall.

Okay, I did yoga toes and then 40 minutes of legs up the wall today. 40 minutes was easy - i was on the phone. heh.

I would like to try to remember to do some stretchy yoga tonite when i relax and watch Farscape.

Only time for yoga toes the last few days. I really want legs up the wall to be almost daily.

I like legs up the wall too. It's one that I love to talk about because it's great for almost everyone and a person can love it in seconds. I tend to get sinus congestion and legs up allows me to get most of the benefits of an inversion without putting additional pressure on my head.

I have been doing yoga toes daily and have been doing tree pose as well. Gotta start somewhere. I keep forgetting, but i will get back in the game.

Can you work it into a routine somehow? Like every day you read a chapter of a book or something and you do it in yoga poses?

i did have that routine earlier this summer. Then some crazy stuff got in the way. I am working on getting back to my plan...I can see the light in my inbox tunnel! Down to 890 emails! smile

Hmmm...maybe i can do some emails with my laptop in yoga poses...
