I do wonder though, if the parents intervene in the painting process at all.

It does seem rather profound for an eight year old to paint that well. But, Mozart composed from the age of five and performed before European royalty.

Beautiful painting. I do believe that children are born with inherit skills. My youngest brother could sit down at the piano when he was only five or so and play beautifully without ever having lessons. He could also paint beautiful pictures.
