Does anyone remember Buster Brown? Do you remember his dog's name and breed? What famous product was trademarked with Buster Brown's name? Did you ever own a pair of this product?

Buster Brown was a well known brand of shoes. I remember the dog, Spot i think, but I don't know the breed.

The dog's name was Tige and he was an American Pit Bull.

I had a pair of Buster Browns, in fact every year I got a new pair for school. At school many of us had to take off a shoe to show our friends the Buster Brown seal so they would know they were "really Buster Browns".

I love memories of days gone by. Now it is all about Nike.

There was a kid's show on every day -- it was just one old guy who talked about kid things and his sponser was Buster Brwon Shoes. I do not remember the name of that show or the man. I watched it every day.

Nike, Yuck. Buster Browns and Keds were better shoes. Keds were great sneakers.
