This house is only 736 square feet - could you live here?

It's very cute!

It seems to have more room than you'd think. But I didn't see anywhere to put clothes. I've lived in places with less space.

Now thats a sweet little house, it seems to be big enough just, no place for extras and you might need to get a extra cabnit for outside for the clothing. Like a garden shed.

I think I could live there by myself. However, I don't think I could live there with my family.

It would have been great when I was young and first moving out on my own. Today, it wouldn't work for me. I have to have space for my sewing, crafts, yarns, and books! LOL

Mine is 830 sq. ft, a veritable palace! When I bought it, it had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, all on one floor. I had the smallest bedroom opened out into the adjacent living room to make it more spacious, and now that end of the LR is my office. The second bedroom is my painting/framing studio. Likewise, I had the 2 tiny bathrooms joined into one that is now actually big enough to get dressed in!

It's funny but i don't think of that as a small house. I am such a tiny house fan that to me 400 sq ft is small.

It is really cute, but I don't think I could live in a house that small every day. It would be nice for a weekend house, but living day to day it would be very hard. It might be nice for a elderly person living alone, but for me, I have to have more space.

Actually, the Japanese in the city don't have any space at all so that would be sufficient! And it would be quick and easy to clean as long as it isn't filled with junk!

To me this is not that small of a house. I live in Brooklyn and we're all in aparments. So to have a backyard and a basement would be like striking gold!

Now THIS is a small house. See video below.
