As time goes on and you learn more about Yoga, you may find that certain asanas agree with your body better than others, or that you could use more back bends or add inversions, etc. This may be the time to sit down and create your own practice. It's not difficult to do when you have the Yoga basics down already, and you may find that you like it much better than going off to classes or plugging in the same video over and over.

Here's the article link to help you get started:
Create A Personal Yoga Practice

Stay well everyone!

Thanks so much! I go to a 60 minute yoga class 3 days a week but would like to do more at home in between. My problem is that I only seem to come up with about 20 minutes at most to do on my own.

What I do like to do is practice some of the poses I have more difficulty with in class so I can get better.

I printed out your article to get me started.

I'm so happy to hear that! Yoga is quite a bit like dancing in the respect that you want to go over the positions until you're comfortable with them.

Good luck!
