Gosh, friends are so so important. Moved recently and haven't really delveloped those ties yet. Know what I mean. Getting to me a bit too cause I work with the SAMHSA and the What A Difference A Friend Makes program and it's a total reminder that we all need good, true friends. I was reading the special website for the program it says that the support of a an understanding friend greatly increases the chances of recoering from mental health issues. That's huge!
