Today I've posted an article about the chakras. It introduces you to what they are, where they are, and what kind of purpose they have. This could be said to be said to be the key to connecting Yoga to how we function as a whole, spiritually and mentally. It's the first of the articles I'm writing on this subject, and I plan to go into more detail for each of the chakras and how asanas can be used to work with them, in the future.
