I tried it last night for the first time (or at least the first time in a long time). I set the timer for 20 minutes and squiggled myself against my dresser. My head just barely fits before it hits the bed.

It was very nice! I had books there but did it as a meditation instead. It was very relaxing, and calmed me before sleep.

Right, i do this 20 minutes every day as a way to get in some reading time. :-)

Wonderful! I know you also do headstands....the legs up the wall is also good if you have a cold or you're congested. You don't get as much sinus pressure.....
