Hi Everyone,

Recently I finished writing this ebook for teens to read themselves, or adults to use for teaching teens meditation. Here is my article describing the ebook:

Peace and blessings, smile

Susan, what a great thing to do. Helping teens to cope and understand themselves and their place in life and society is one of my goals. Bless you for reaching out to them.

Walk in Peace and Harmony.

Phyllis, thank you for your post.

I remember my own difficult teen years, struggling to be a ballet dancer, struggling to do what was right. It's those memories that spurred me on to write a how-to book to ease those years of transition into adulthood.

I appreciate your support and blessings.

I, too, applaud your efforts. Have you received any feedback from teens with the ways that your techniques have helped them?

Thank you for your work.

Cathi

Thank you Cathi, that's a good question and I feel so good that my son told me that the spiritual techniques I taught him growing up give him underlying support now. To me, it makes it all worth it!
