This week is National Women's Health Week! What are you doing to celebrate? I'm doing some work for GE and they are hosting a pledge on several websites where you can say what you're doing to be healthier. What is your pledge? I am walking home from work rather than taking the bus!

I didn't even know about National Women's Health Week! Sorry I missed it SwishyKid:(. I still figure I can do a pledge even though it's not that week anymore:). So I pledge to do 15 mins of sun salutations 3 days this week!
